DescriptionDear customers,I am happy to offer directly from my private collection this RARE WWI German General's award set including a 14k gold&enamel quarter REPEATER pocket watch by Julius Weingartner in excellent/mint condition; a cast iron paper weight in form of the German Eagle sitting on the Iron Cross Order and the actual Iron Cross Order!!!
This unique set has been awarded in 17th April 1918 as a war trophy to the German officer Captain Hauptmann Achim Konstantin Rudolf Ferdinand von Arnim.
The set comes from the Captain's family estate.The watch is really impressive-96g heavy in 14k gold! Oversize-53.5mm.
On the rear case is applied the German highest award Order -Blue Max(PourLeMerite). The watch is must for every serious collector!The watch comes with the original matching luxury morocco leather box.MINT overal CONDITION!Amazing enamel dial with solid gold Louis XIV style hands.
