1887 14K Tri-Color Gold Elgin Pocket Watch Hunter Case Diamonds AMAZING!131 years old!!!It's full Hunter, heavily engraved box case is simply amazing and very rare!Besides it's beautiful coin edges on the case, you can see coin edged case lids as well in our photos!We want you to take a look at the shear, amazing detail on this watch! This gentleman spared no expense for his lady! The best we've seen!!!On the front of the case there are engraved pink and yellow flowers as well as their green leaves. And a pink crest with the ladies engraved initials in our photos.Inside this lid is a special engraved sentiment from a husband to his wife!Take a look at the engravings on the back including a beautiful depiction of a basket of flowers! A straw yellowed basket, light pink flowers with beautiful diamonds in the middle, along with green leaves as seen in photos!On the top side of the dust cover inside the back, you'll find a special 1887 Christmas message from the husband to his wife as well!There's even engraving on the bottom of the box case as well as the top of the box case as seen!Approx. 40mm case Hallmarked 14K twice as seen. As well as marked J. S. assayLids close tight!Case does show signs of wear the news from it's 131 years of being in service!This being said, it simply looks amazing! Simply amazing options as well as artistry that is second to none!Serial number 2790087 indicates a 15 Jewel, 1887 Hunter lever set movement.Winds, sets, and runs well.3/4 platenickel damaskeening Only 2000 were made.
