The Enicar Sherpa Ultradive is a mid-1960's Super Compressor dive watch - model 144-35-03. The watch has its original Sherpa 600 caseback with the clamshell logo in the center. The watch case is 40mm but with the crown protector it measures 43mm. The watch has its original untouched internal rotating bezel that has lost both the 5 and 25 minute thin line indices (that could very easily be repainted). The upper crown engages the internal bezel and the lower crown adjusts the time and date. The movement is the original Enicar AR1145B self winding movement. The original untouched dial is black with applied hour markers that have long ago lost their luminous glow. The watch has the original steel Mark III Sherpa Guide type hour and minute hands, with the two dot second hand. This Enicar Ultradive is a nice example of a rare vintage dive watch that is becoming increasingly hard to find in original condition. The watch was serviced 3 years ago and keeps excellent time.
