Audemars Piguet Solid 18K Gold Caliber 2003 Wristwatch Outstanding condition on this classic early 1980’s Audemars Piguet men’s wristwatch in 18K yellow gold. The solid gold case measures 31.5 mm across without the crown, and 36.75 mm from lug tip to lug tip. Don’t let those measurements fool you; the cream colored dial, wide high polish bezel and extended lugs make this piece wear like a bigger watch. **See the last photo for size perspective: again I’m 5’9’’ and 160 lbs and as you can see, the watch looks great on my wrist. I believe, when considering watch size, it’s really about proportion. If it looks right, then it is!** The original dial was just professionally refinished, and features a wonderful cream color background with black Roman numerals. The original gold stick hands complete the look. The watch features a high grade, Audemars Piguet signed movement, cal. #2003. Marked 17 Jewels and Adjusted to Heat, Cold, 5 positions, and Isochronism. The watch comes fully serviced and running as it should. It winds and sets smoothly and is keeping very good time. During service, we cleaned and lightly refinished the case. Finally we installed the highest quality strap we offer: top-of-the-line Louisiana Farm Alligator strap, handmade in Italy.
