I bought this watch several months ago and it remains in "as found" condition. It is housed in a Hamilton salesman sample case and both covers are marked hamilton. The dial has several hairlines but is still pleasing to the eye. The hands are new looking and my experience tells me they are replacements. The watch winds, sets, and runs as it should and has been running for an hour or so and is maintaining the correct time. I pulled the balance, barrel bridge, and dial to check the serial numbers and they all match. Overall a very exciting watch for anyone who wants to be a Hamilton collector. You can't be one without this watch and they only made a few. This watch is very hard to find in this condition and even though my mind tells me to doubt it, there is no indication that it hasn't spent its life in this case.
