Element iN Time NYC ships worldwide with the exception of Russia, Mexico and China. We ship via FedEx and/or UPS with a third company insurance broker. Shipments are insured for the full value of the purchase. In the event of something occurring with the shipment we take full responsibility in covering the loss before settling with our insurer. Shipments to P.O. Box and Apo/Fpo military addresses aren't authorized by FedEx or UPS therefore they are not an option. Due to the nature and value of our products and to insurance restrictions all our packages will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.  Shipping expenses are not included in our advertised prices. All shipping expenses will be assumed by the buyer unless otherwise previously agreed with Element iN Time NYC. We ship only during our normal business hours, Monday – Friday 10am – 5:30pm. Shipping takes place the same day the funds are clear, delivery time may vary depending on the service picked. Tracking numbers are forwarded as soon as they are available. PAYMENT   Payment methods accepted will vary depending on your physical residence. We will explain below for both domestic (USA residents) and international.   For Domestic (US Based) Clients We Accept:   · PayPal: You can used the secure check-out on our website by clicking “Buy Now”. It will then take you to the PayPal site where you can choose your Credit Card or Bank Account to complete payment. Please contact us or PayPal directly in the event of any error or difficulty. PayPal restricts us to ship to the “Confirmed Address” on your account, shipping to any other addresses will not be an option.  If your PayPal Account is registered anywhere outside of the USA even though you now reside in the United States this method will not be accepted.   We will only accept this method if you have a PayPal “Verified Account Status”. PayPal may suspend the payment to further verify the account and transaction due to the high amounts usually involved. The Phone Number is Above.  WARRANTY Element iN Time NYC provides a full one year warranty on all our certified pre-owned watches. The warranty is renewable every year for a fixed fee and upon a service visit. The warranty does not cover physical damage, negligence on behalf of the user or abuse exceeding the manufactures limitations, nor regular wear and tear to the item itself. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Element iN Time NYC. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Element iN Time NYC will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period. Third party repairs will not be Element iN Time NYC responsibility, if you submit the wristwatch you purchased from us to the manufacture and/or an independent watchmaker or service center please do not assume that Element iN Time NYC will pay the bill. . Shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact Element iN Time NYC to submit a warranty claim prior to shipping.   Due to the fact of Element iN Time NYC not being an authorized agent of any of the brands advertised, the manufactures will not honor the factory warranty of any items that presume to be sold through us. Because of this Element iN Time NYC will provide you with an equivalent warranty that mirrors the manufactures warranty. The duration will be the same, as well as the terms which are manufactures defects only. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Element iN Time NYC. RETURNS Element iN Time NYC offers our esteemed clients a 24 hour approval period upon receiving shipment to inspect the item. Items that are miss-presented or erroneously advertised may be returned for a full refund. Any and all issues must be expressed within the 24 hour period upon reception. All items must be returned to Element iN Time NYC in the same way received with all its belongings and with the original packing. If an item is used, tampered, altered or damaged Element iN Time NYC reserves the right to refuse the return and refund and/or charge a restocking fee that can go up to 20% of the actual value of the transaction. Returns or exchanges for any other motives are not covered unless previously agreed by Element iN Time NYC. If you have an item to return please contact Element iN Time NYC for an approval number as well as a return shipping label. TAXATION Element iN Time NYC is located in New York State; we are obligated to collect sales tax on all packages being shipped or delivered within New York State. The rate of the sales tax will be determined by your local sales tax rate, which is currently 8.875% in the New York State.   International Duties / VAT / IVA Element iN Time is not accountable for any international duties or importation tax.
