Up for sale is a vintage solid 18K yellow gold mans Hermetic cased wristwatch from the 1920's. The 18k solid yellow gold case is marked "Double Boitier Hermetique". It is about 33.5mm in diameter. The case is in good condition with just a few minor dings and dents. The outer bezel screws on nicely. A hermetic case is basically a case with threaded bezel that completely contains an inner case and the movement. The inner case hinges out from the outer case after removing the bezel in order to wind and set the watch. The porcelain dial is marked Marvin, and has a hairline that runs from 12 to 4. There is some loss of luminous on the dial and from the hands. Both crystals are in excellent condition. The 17 jewel movement is in good running condition. I don't know the last time it was serviced, so it may need a cleaning.
