Completely original Gruen Techni Quadron duodial (Doctor's Watch) wristwatch circa 1930. All components including dial, hands, movement, case, and crown are original. Beautiful art deco stepped, gold plated, outer case. Inner case is stainless steel and stamped "Rolex". Crown is signed "Gruen" and original dial is marked "Switzerland". This watch was probably assembled and sold in the Canadian market which explains the combination of Gruen and Rolex components. The watch has been cleaned and serviced and runs strong. This is a very rare (original dials are scarce) and highly collectible piece. I have added a vintage leather band with original gold plated Rolex buckle to augment the beauty of this piece on the new owner's wrist.
