Here it is! I am please to offer from my private collection this Imperial Russian Army Officer's Tobias 84 silver&enamel award pocket watch&matching silver chain fob c1870. The watch has been awarded to the Imperial Russian officer Captain Yuriy Parashikov for "Excellent sword fight",and it comes from his family estate. The Parashikov's family emigrated in Bulgaria after the communist revolution c 1917.
The watch comes with the owner's CDV signed original photo and with his award medal for bravery during the Russo-Turkish war c1877!!! This is much more than a watch-this is a piece of the history! Perfect working order!The watch is -47mm! The watch has a full huter silver case,signed with the Imperial Russian 84 silver hallmark and hand engraved with the traditional Russian motives on the inner cuvette case.The front case is decorated with the black enamel badge depicting the cypher of Tsar Alexander II.
