Their inspiration stems from materials of iconic events in history, like the steel from the Titanic or dust from the Moon, that are actually used in the watch itself.  RJ has uniquely used the meaning of time that a watch tells to moments in time that have shaped our world to crafted exceptional, never to be forgotten pieces. Their innovative designs and materials have made them stand out as the continue to celebrate history on the wrist.                     This featured watch is an Automatic, Black PVD-coated Steel Romain Jerome Titanic-DNA Chronograph, Limited Edition to 2012 pieces. The most famous ocean liner, The Titanic, is brought to life by this Romain Jerome (RJ) watch through the complex fusion of salvaged materials from the wreck of the Titanic. Coal, steel, and rust are carefully transformed into integral parts of the each timepiece and RJ has continued to make themselves stand out by creating a process to stop rust from corroding, which is first in the watch industry. Measuring to 50mm, this very cool black PVD-coated steel case has a black ceramic bezel , titanium screws, black satin-finished lugs, and a black rubber and steel crown with adjacent chronograph pushers. Housed inside is an Automatic movement with a Caliber C22RJ51 with 23 jewels, power reserve of 42 hours, and is water resistant up to 5 ATM. The black dial is accented with black gold colored "XII" and counters, as well as three subdials for the chronograph functions and date window at 9 o'clock.Completing this piece is a black rubber strap with a steel Romain Jerome Hidden Butterfly buckle.                     Personal Note-- Wow! I am captivated by Romain Jerome's DNA concept, as it is so innovative and interesting!It is the upmost edgy, masculine timepiece an with a cool story behind it, sure to grab attention of many!
