A Lemania "Majetek" Military-issue 1940's Pilot's Watch made for the Czech Air Force. This watch has the all-important military-issue markings on the outer case back: "MAJETEK VOJENSKE SPRAVY" (which translates to: "Property of the military administration"). This is an outstanding example of the "Majetek" with the wonderful cushion case which is in in exceptional condition for it's age. The tropical dial is very nicely-aged with the full set of Arabic hour numerals still legible and the chapter ring intact and the word "SWISS" still visible at the bottom. The original syringe-style hands have lost their lume over the years, but thankfully have not been refinished in keeping with the originality of the dial. This watch is over 70 years old and shows very little sign of wear - particularly to the case and therefore this watch still looks great on the wrist today. Please see the photos (which form a very important part of the description) to appreciate how nice this watch is!
