Born in Geneva, he was surrounded by many of the world's leading experts which lead him to establish his own manufacture in 1995. Roger Dubuis and Carlos Dias partnered together to establish a company that created watches based on tradition, while maintaining a keen eye for the future. Roger Dubuis’ idea of exclusiveness is truly philosophical in the sense that no highly complicated watch in precious metal is made in more that 28 examples, which gives full meaning to the idea of exclusiveness. Each collection has its own features; however they each comply with the four principles of the brand: innovative design, within current trends, exclusiveness and high-end technical know how. The popularity of Roger Dubuis is growing steadily as the world becomes familiar with the elegant craftsmanship that is the hallmark of this young company. Roger Dubuis' movement component production facility was purchased by the Richemont group in 2010 and a year later they bought the entire Brand. The bold move was mainly done to support the increased demand for high end movements. --The agreement also included distribution by the Richemont Group of the Roger Dubuis brand worldwide--- Under this merger, Roger Dubuis will remain as a consultant and main designer of the brand --This Partnership gave more strength to the already Well Respected Roger Dubuis Brand! That is down from the massive 45mm width of the other models. --It feels amazing on the wrist at 42mm wide. A thin bezel and wide looking dial help this watch to look and feel and look much larger. That is of course aided by the widely spaced lugs with a third lug segment built into the middle. The featured watch is fitted into a Stainless Steel Case measuring 42mm diameter, Stainless Steel Bezel. Automatic movement, It has a Stunning White Silver Dial with White Gold hands hours and minutes Black large Roman Numerals Hours Markers, Minute and Markers around the outer rim, Blue Seconds and Minute Chronograph Hands. Window Date at 6 o'clock position, Chronograph two sub-dials 30 minutes at 3 o'clock position, 60 minutes at 9 o'clock position. Functions: Chronograph, Hours, Minutes, Seconds, Small Seconds. Date Window. Power Reserve up to 52 hours, Sapphire Crystal resistant and caseback transparent.
