DescriptionThe pocket watch is in excellent condition! The movement dates to about 1856 and it is running well and has kept time for the 4 hours that I have observed it however I cannot guarantee accuracy over time on any of our antique timepieces. The dial is absolutely beautiful and it is pretty much flawless. The minute hand looks to have been replaced. The coin silver case is incredible! There is only light signs of wear as you can see and there are no dings or scratches. All hinges are perfect with lids opening to 90 degrees and closing with a light snap, evenly and flush all the way around, even the bow is tight. The case measures 57.50mm. Total weight is 145.4 grams.
