Vintage E. Howard 18 Size 15 Jewel Series 3 - Key wind - Key set Watch

Up for sale...    E. Howard 18 Size 15 Jewel Series III High Grade Key Wind and Key Set Watch     Excellent Condition         This is a very high quality key wind, and key set E. Howard watch from around 1860.   Serial number 11216, which was produced around 1860.  It is running within specs for Railroad time, at around 20 seconds per day.  These are very hard to find in this good condition.  This is in a Sterling Silver case that appears to be original, but could be a replacement.  It has English marks from "Birmingham" and looks to be dated from 1885. The case has a few light dents but is in overall fairly good condition. All the covers open and close well, and are in good condition.   14 Day return, please notify me immediately if you decide you don't want it.              Thanks for looking. I am listing several other high-end pieces shortly.

******************************* Return Policy
*******************************
Ebay recently changed their Return Policy to a minimum of 14 days.  If there is something that you believe is defective about an item, please send it back as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days and your money will be refunded (less shipping charges).  That is as fair as can be.   Moreover, your purchase is also covered by the ebay Purchase Protection program, and the Paypal Protection plan, not to mention your credit card company.        I want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you're not - I will fix it.  Scammers please note: I do not participate in "price extortion".  Once an item is sold - it will either be kept at the sale price, or returned for a full refund.  Thank you for your interest.
ATTENTION: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Items that cross international borders must go through the customs service of the receiving country.  There usually is a time delay when items cross borders and are examined for customs.  You should understand that there may be several days, or even longer delay when the item reaches your country while it is being examined in customs.  I am not responsible for and cannot predict how long your country will take to clear the item through customs. There are several hundred countries in the world, and all of them have different laws and practices concerning imports.  I am NOT going to investigate each and every one of them to find out the laws and rules of each individual country. Please do not ask me what your country's laws are.  I do not know, and am not going to try to find out.  The buyer, (you) are completely responsible for paying any and all customs fees, and/or taxes of your home country.  I will NOT pay your taxes for you.  I don't like paying my own taxes, and I am surely not going to pay anyone else's taxes.  Ebay requires that buyers be informed they are responsible for paying their own taxes (if any).  You have now been informed.  Some countries do not charge taxes, but I do not know whether your individual country will charge you customs duty, or taxes when this item is imported.  By making a bid, you are acknowledging that you are responsible for paying any taxes or duty which may be charged by your country.  The U.S.A. will not charge you any duty.  It will be your own country that you will owe taxes  to, IF you have to pay them.
