Antique 18ct Gold Georgian Verge Pocket Watch by George Allen - Circa 1800 FOR MORE WATCHES AND ACCESSORIES, PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR OTHER LISTINGS!! DESCRIPTION: Excellent Working Condition!! Keeps good time for a verge and is in excellent condition apart from a very minor chip to the dial at 6 o'clock but the rest of the dial is in perfect condition. It has a plain continental style, 18ct solid gold, open face case which is un-marked but tests as 18ct or higher. The dial is white enamel porcelain with roman numerals bordered but a minute track and the winding square is located on the dial at 4 o'clock. The movement is a key wind, full plate, verge movement with a diamond end stone in the balance cock. It is signed "Geoe Allen Red Lion Passage London" and numbered "2147". Comes with a key!! Diameter: 50mm Total Weight: 78g
