A vintage Hamilton Coronado wrist watch, featuring a solid 14k yellow gold case and bracelet. Silver dial, with black markers, and blued hands. Stunning black enamel and gold art-deco bezel, with Arabic numeral markers. The19-jewel 979-F movement is running well, and keeping time. The case measures approximately 27mm wide, and 40mm length lug-to-lug. The beautiful and unique hinged lugs accept a 15mm bracelet. The case-back has been engraved. The movement winds easily, and runs accurately for over 24 hours. The hands move properly when the crown is pulled out to set the time. Overall excellent condition, with patina in the form of light scratching on the case, case-back, black enamel bezel, crystal, and bracelet. The crystal has some scratching present, but is not chipped or cracked. The bracelet and its links are solid 14k yellow gold, and the clasp is hallmarked 14k. The clasp functions properly, and closes with a positive click. The watch will fit an average-sized wrist, measuring approximately 6.75 inches in length. Total weight of the watch is 54.0 grams.
