THIS IS AN ANTIQUE 18k GOLD WITH CHAMPLEVE DESIGNS EXTRA THIN 5MM X46MM POCKET WATCH IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION. It is signed on the face PLOJOUX GENEVE; and is signed on the works PLOJOUX GENEVE SWITZERLAND. It also has the CROWNED SEAL AND GENEVE stamp in 2 places on the works. It is marked "19 jewels, all adjustments" and the watch number "7732". IT HAS THE INTERNATIONAL MARKS FOR 18k GOLD INSIDE THE BACK OF THE CASE M A PLOJOUX was established at 30 Rue du Rhone in Geneva Switzerland in the 1870s. He specialised in complicated, high precision watches and jewellery. He achieved 2 awards at the Paris world exhibition in 1878; also won gold medals in the exhibitions of 1880 and 1896. By 1910 he had stores in Geneva, and in Montreux, Switzerland and in Paris, France.
