Up for sale is a scarce E. Howard & Co. keywind project movement. It is a series I and has the serial number 610. This movement features upright, or horizontal pallet stones. The upper pivot of the staff is broken. There is surface rust on many of the polished steel parts. The original porcelain dial has some very faint hairlines. I am selling this project movement AS-IS.
