Antique pocket watch, in solid 18 k gold, tested and verified, all markings match, From the 1900's will need repair as the main spring doesn't wind, it keeps winding and winding balance wheel moves freely , if I push main spring manually it starts working , stem is tamped CH on one side and the crown symbol and the number 18 on the other side, inside dust cover has the same markings the crown the 18 and serial number, 201042,and the makers stamp TR for Thomas Russell , and in case back: inside has 8 markings the crown, the 18, cursive L and a shield with 4 shapes inside, bottom the number 42 left side letter E right side letter X top TR , has engraving in the case back RCW or at least that's the order I see them, all covers close fine, hands move ok sets time, hands show a bit of oxidation, dial has hairline cracks , seems to have a bezel missing, holding the plastic covering the dial, once is closed you can see time without opening it, see pictures for more accurate description sold as is! For parts or restoration ,  about 42 mm dial, 52 mm case without measuring winding stem,the blue ink or enamel on outside dial is coming off in some areas, see pictures, almost 60 grams of solid 18 k gold case only, 114.4 with movement, inside, one screw that's holding movement is broke,  easy repair still moves,overall  seems clean for its age
