This is a very rare opportunity to own a girard perregaux world timer in titanium Model number: 4980 Movement caliber: girard perregaux 3387 63 Jewel automatic chronograph movement This watch is being sold as spares or repairs as the watch is currently not working. The movement looks clean without much previous intervention. We have only tested the watch using the crown and it would appear that the keyless works(setting lever) may be at fault also causing the hacking feature to stop the balance from going. The setting lever maybe damaged so we are unable to wind the watch manually or set the date and hands. We have also tested the chronograph which appears to work and reset to zero. Resolving the keyless issues may resolve the problem but A full service should be performed in our opinion. The crown on the left side of the case has been tested and this works correctly to adjust the different cities of the world. The case is titanium and in good condition without any dents or nicks, just a light buff will bring it back to full glory. The leather strap needs a clean but is in good condition however it seems to be very short. The buckle is also a girard perregaux buckle and needs a light buff.
