Up for sale is this Rare Higrade 20 jewel Detent Chronometer pocket watch. This watch has been looked at by a Master Watchmaker and here is what was found. It has 20 jewels with raised gold jewel settings, it has a gold train as well. The regulating screw is broke, it runs but stops after a few hours sometimes 1-2, sometimes it will go a full wind. It runs very fast and needs serviced. The balance staff is good, and the hairspring is in great shape. It has a 800 silver engine turned case with the standing bear Swiss hallmark. The case is in great unpolished condition with only one small ding to the side of the case. It measures 55.5 mm wide and weighs a hefty 162 grams with the chain. The chain appears to be original to the watch it measures 15 1/4".The crystal has a few very light scratches, the dial has a hair line at the 3 position.
