18S Illinois KW/KS.S# 697890I can't find any info on this watch. According to volume 2 Illinois Book it is a Grade 6-s, 11J, Model 1.The movement is marked "Lehigh Valley".Case is coin silver.Dial is marked L. R. & Co and is in very nice. It has a flaw at 17 minutes and a light hair line below and upper center hole.This could be a one of a kind watch. If anyone has info on this watch I would love to know about it.I have been in the watch business over 30 years and have never seen these marking. The watch runs and keeps good time.
