I am selling a 16 size Waltham 23 Jewel Vanguard with a up/down indicator, serial number 25678465. The watch has 23 jewels and is a Model 1908, produced in 1926 (according to Pocket Watch Database). All the plate jewels are in gold settings. It is open face, leverset, adjusted to 6 positions and is Railway Grade. The balance has a Lossier Inner Terminal Hair Spring. Has an amazingly mint double sunk dial with Arabic numerals on a 24 hour dial. The dial is excellent with NO hairline cracks or chips. Both bezel and back are screw type. The case is Cashier A.W.C.co. made in Canada, 14 K gold filled. The case is also in excellent condition with only very light scratches when held in the light. The watch runs well and keeping time but the service history is unknown. Shipping by Canada Post Ground, trackable with insurance. Buyer pays similar return.
