If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. If you know that no one will be home to receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the UPS driver to deliver it to a neighbor. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS branch. Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Certifiedwatchstore. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
